Problem situation resolution starts with the first visit, but for the complete de-blocking we set a limit of 10 meetings. Frequency of meetings depends on the urgency of the problem and the time of its existence. If the problem is long-standing the resolution will be gradual and the meetings will occur once every 2 weeks; for urgent situations the timing is 1-2 times a week.
